It took it took them so long to send me my order from the first day I ordered it that the poster that I need to use when I started the new location is no longer going to be in use because I already updated a new one. It takes them over almost 2 months to send it over and when they send it over I can't even use that menu poster because it's already to old to use I already added new stuff, change prices , And it would be so nice to use it if we had it right when we opened the new location to show case this light box. Right now I probably won't be able to use the light box until 3 months from the first day I ordered it because I don't know when they going to send me a replacement posters LC sign promise me they would replace.

Too much problems, ordered 1 just to see how the product will come out. First came the frame which came from a warehouse from California because it shipped quickly. Second the poster was smaller than the frame, and instead of trying to fix the problem they were just trying to refund me. So I asked for a replacement and not the refund, so I received the replacement 2weeks later after constantly inspecting the poster and all over the bottom has cresses bent lines, mine you this is a plastic poster for a light frame. Was going to order more but after all this! First impressions says it all👊
