We have purchased 3 light boxes for our food trucks and have been very pleased with them. Our only issues are when trying to order a new poster, there is no option to request the size of the poster, we also need to order a new battery for one of our signs, and there doesn't seem to be an option to purchase just a battery.

Expedited from LC sign means you're getting it almost 2 months later

It took it took them so long to send me my order from the first day I ordered it that the poster that I need to use when I started the new location is no longer going to be in use because I already updated a new one. It takes them over almost 2 months to send it over and when they send it over I can't even use that menu poster because it's already to old to use I already added new stuff, change prices , And it would be so nice to use it if we had it right when we opened the new location to show case this light box. Right now I probably won't be able to use the light box until 3 months from the first day I ordered it because I don't know when they going to send me a replacement posters LC sign promise me they would replace.
