Indoor Use Only - Ultra-Thin LED Light Box Sign for Business Advertising Use

The frame came extremely dirty on the inside, it was completely cloudy and you can see where they used some kind of suction cup to pick up the glass during installation.

I contacted the company and they offered a replacement. it came half the size.

Super sad about this, they made a much more expensive custom sign for me and it was amazing. I ordered 2 light boxes, both amazing and working well. On this order its terrible quality control met with terrible customer service. 2 months into this, still waiting for a product or a refund.

Now I feel like I cant order here, but I still want the product. I want this to match my other lightboxes, probably going to order from another company and hope they are similar. Planned on buying about a dozen of these, plus more custom signs, rethinking this now.
