This order has been one of the worst experiences I have had. I had better expectations on how Tony is all over social media. When I ordered the product was supposed to be shipped out of California. Nope. Came out of China so a 3 day order took a little over two weeks. Communication is slow and mediocre at best. I had to submit my artwork 3 times. The product finally arrived but the glass was broken and as of today, April 5 2025 I still do not have my replacement light box. The products in video look amazing but in real life cheap and flimsy. I had hopes to order several more light boxes but after this experience and the slow customer service that will not happen. I still have not received any updates on if the replacement has shipped or not and we are coming up on another week. This was a new menu for my food business and I have missed out on using it at several stops now! I can not in good conscious recommend you guys to anyone and when I see posts will reply with my experience.
